After serving as Grand Marshall for the Madison Regatta Parade on Friday night, Jimmy Shane got down to business in his new ride, the U6 Oberto Beef Jerky sponsored Miss Madison on Saturday securing the top qualifying spot with a lap of 148.692 mph.  With wins in all 3 preliminary heats on Sunday, the Oberto hydroplane was off to a strong start.  A perfect weekend was not in the cards, as Jimmy was a split second early to the start of the final heat, leading to a one lap penalty and a fourth place finish.The Oberto sponsored Miss Madison accumulated 1469 points and leads the series high poin

U6 Oberto/Miss Madison driver Jimmy Shane will be in Madison, Indiana this weekend, June 21-22, to assist in preparations for the upcoming 2014 season.  While in town, Jimmy will be on hand at the Boneyard Grill on Madison's hilltop Saturday, June 21st from 7 - 9 p.m. to meet and greet fans.The 2014 H1 Unlimited season will begin on the Ohio River with the Madison Regatta July 4 - 6.
